Unpost a credit memo that has already been transferred to QuickBooks

You can unpost a credit memo even after it has been transferred to Quickbooks to make corrections or delete the order.

  1. In Quickbooks, delete the credit memo.
  2. In eGrow Connect, navigate to sales section icon Sales, then credit memo icon Credit Memo.
  3. Toggle to view posted icon Posted credit memos in the taskbar.
  4. Find the memo in the left pane and double-click to view it in the right pane.
  5. Click in the A/R Information tab.
  6. Click on the Remove Link with Quickbooks button.
  7. Now the unpost invoice icon Unpost Credit Memo button will be available to click in the taskbar.
